We are looking for an organised and proficient administrator to join our client, a car leasing company, based in Beaconsfield.

This role is initially a 12 month contract to cover maternity but there is a very strong possibility it will go permanent for the right candidate.

The role is really varied and is centred around the settlement of vehicles on finance, co-ordinating vehicles through their defleet process once inspected, activating leases, running monthly invoice, checking purchase ledger invoices, raising monthly invoices to our Licensee network and dealing with any invoice queries.

Previous fleet experience is not essential however the successful candidate will need to be proficient on Excel (pivot tables, formulae).

Duties include

  • Administrative control of the defleet process
  • Co-ordination of the settlement of vehicles on finance
  • Co-ordinating vehicles through their defleet process once inspected
  • Raising monthly invoices to our Licensee network and dealing with any invoice queries
  • Checking leases, activating them and arranging collection of the initial rental
  • Checking purchase ledger invoices
  • Telephone support for the admin team
  • Providing back up to assist the smooth running of the admin team

Skills/Experience

  • Previous administration experience with good Excel skills
  • Numerate
  • Confident with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team
