Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a Fitter Operative on behalf of our client in Stourbridge. Our client is a successful manufacturer with a very exciting time ahead of them and are in need of a Fitter Operative due to growth.

As a Fitter Operative, you will be assembling, fitting out, testing and quality checking products.

Key responsibilities:
  • Use of hand and electric tools
  • Quality checking and testing own work
  • Ensure all components are fitted correctly
  • Working as part of a team

Skills and experience:
  • Experience as an assembly or fitter operative
  • Forklift truck experience and license is advantageous
  • Good attention to detail
  • Awareness of the importance of 5S and cleanliness
  • Must be flexible and well organized

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
7.30am-4.30pm

Rate of pay:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour
