This exciting role will work across all of our client's accommodation sites in Herts, Beds and Bucks - bringing exercise to the doorstep of the residents we support through 1 to 1 and group fitness/coaching.

Hours of shift work: Hours are worked Monday to Friday and will include occasional weekend hours depending on the needs of the residents participating in Project Resilience.

What do we need you to bring to the role

  • An understanding of fitness, sport and how it can support people to make positive change
  • An understanding of working with vulnerable people, finding creative ways to engage and inspire them through exercise
  • We would welcome your application if you have the necessary skills and experience to foster a culture of excellent customer service, genuine care for residents, and a strong sense of team spirit.

An Enhanced Disclosure check is required for this role.
