We have a great opportunity for a Fire Systems Technician to join a long-established company who provide a full turnkey fire protection, detection, and suppression service to industrial and commercial clients.
Responsibilities of a Fire Systems Technician:
- Out on the road, travelling in a company vehicle covering areas around West London.
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance for Fire Alarms, Gas Suppression Systems and Emergency Lighting.
- Completing all electronic paperwork for company records.
- Carrying out fault analysis on systems.
- Working to deadlines and up to relevant British standards.
- Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00 with overtime available.
- On call 1 weekend out of 9.
Key Skills of a Fire Systems Technician:
- Fire systems & gas suppressions industry knowledge.
- Understanding of BAFE requirements and BS5839 trained.
- RIT trained an advantage - opportunity to learn.
- Successful and proven track record within the industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple sites achieving all set deadlines.
- Full manual driving license (max 6 points).
