Our team of qualified inspectors work together with property directors and facilities managers, within a large range of residential developments and commercial buildings across the UK, to ensure fire doors are in safe working order and advise clients accordingly.

THE ROLE

We're currently seeking a skilled Fire Door Inspector to conduct inspections on various sites in and around London.

You will be responsible for daily Fire Door inspections from start to finish within some of the most prestigious buildings in the UK, building relationships with on site teams, logging findings on our fire door inspection system, reaching out to management regarding queries, mapping out day plans, communicating with residents, and generating inspection reports for clients. Ongoing personal development and keeping up to date with current legislation is key with this role.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8-5pm, working alongside a team of inspectors, both in training and qualified, and you will report into the Operations Manager.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This opportunity will suit an experienced Fire Door Inspector (we will consider applicants from various levels of experience and training qualifications)

Reliable and responsible are two key attributes needed for this Fire Door Inspector position.

It would be high beneficial if you have any carpentry, fire safety, property, or facilities management experience.

Strong IT skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn is essential. As well as great communication skills as you will be representing the company and communicating with people daily.
