Fire Door Carpenter

Salary: £28k - £42k (depending on qualifications & experience)
 
Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for new opportunities? Our client in Thetford is seeking skilled individuals to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Fire Door Inspections
  • Perform Fire Door Upgrades & Repairs
  • Fit Fire Doors with precision and expertise
  • Conduct site surveys to assess fire door requirements
  • Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
  • Recommend appropriate fire door solutions based on industry standards and client requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to junior carpenters on fire door installation techniques and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of all fire door installations, repairs, and inspections
 
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of door carpentry experience (experience with fire doors is advantageous)
  • Proficient understanding of BS8214, BS9999, and industry products
  • Excellent communication skills and resourcefulness
  • Attention to detail with a proactive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
