A leading Fire Consultancy based in Huddersfield is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Fire Consultant to bolster its team of expert Fire Consultants. The Fire Consultant's Role

The newly appointed Fire Consultant will play a pivotal role in executing Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments, critically evaluating FRA's and Fire strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of British Standards and actively contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and technical monitoring on various construction projects.

Engagement with clients is a key aspect of the Fire Consultant's responsibilities, delivering expert fire safety advice. This includes keeping up to date with the latest fire safety legislation, strategies, and management plans, ensuring clients receive the most current and effective solutions.

The Fire Consultant

• Must be accredited on the FRAR (Fire Risk Assessor Register).
• Has proven track record in performing Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments.
• Proficient in conducting Fire Door and Compartmentation surveys.
• Experienced in using Bluebeam.
• Skilled in formulating Fire Safety strategies.
• Adept at identifying and resolving Fire Safety issues.
• Committed to supporting the development of documents, policies, and procedures.
• Motivated for professional growth within the risk assessment domain.
