Search Consultancy are working in partnership with a National Contractor who are in the final stages of an extensive project in Scarborough.

They require a Finishing Foreman to manage and oversee all snagging activities.

You will be responsible for the following;
* Instructing trades & labour to carry out works
* ensuring the works are completed on time and to the highest quality.
* Directing the team and allocating workload
* Reporting back to the Project Manager on any escalated issues or problems.
* Utilising software on tablet form to ensure all works are recorded and signed off.
* We are ideally looking for a time-served Joiner with CSCS & SSSTS or SMSTS.
