As the business expands, they are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join their team as a Specie and Fine Art Broker / Account Handler.

The Opportunity

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing both technical duties and client relationships within the specie and fine art insurance sector. This includes handling tasks such as slips, MRCs, endorsements, while also actively engaging with clients and placing risks with the markets. The position offers a unique opportunity to work across direct and wholesale channels, serving clients on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical aspects of insurance policies including slips, MRCs, endorsements, and other related documentation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their insurance needs.
• Analyse risk profiles and develop tailored insurance solutions for clients in the specie and fine art sectors.
• Actively engage with markets to negotiate terms and place risks effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide informed guidance to clients.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Demonstrated experience in insurance brokerage, specifically within the specie and fine art sectors.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and markets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications are desirable but not required.
