Aon is currently recruiting for a lead financial wellbeing content creator and presenter to join our rapidly growing global team. The role will include developing exciting new presentation material based around behaviours and broader wellbeing and presenting to multi-country audiences for our multinational clients.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our UK offices

What the day will look like

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Development of behavioural based education across financial and broader wellbeing both in the UK and for global clients.
  • Delivery of high quality and engaging employee presentations
  • Supporting multinational clients design and build their financial education programme using Aon’s content.
  • Input into the future strategy of Aon’s financial wellbeing and broader wellbeing proposition

You will be driving forward and influencing the future direction of this evolving and valuable area of the business. You will work directly with a number of innovative leaders across the business to shape our financial wellbeing and wider wellbeing proposition to ensure it is truly market leading.

Using your varied skills and experiences you will be developing exciting new behavioural based presentation material for multi-country audiences for our multinational clients, making a real impact for individuals.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

As a lead financial presenter and content developer you will have a passion for delivering engaging employee presentations.

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • Confident and engaging presenter. Whilst some financial background is helpful, the key focus of the role is not on presenting detailed technical financial content. We are looking for candidates who can bring a new angle to financial education either through broader wellbeing experience or a behavioural science approach. As such a behavioural finance or wellbeing background, with the ability to apply how this relates to finance education is preferred.
