Our Wolverhampton based client is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader from the financial sector to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of the team
• Ensuring team compliance with standards
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team
• Effectively develop plans to hit the team targets
• Supporting individuals
• Ensuring continuous development of staff
• Making complex decisions

Candidate requirements:

• Line management within Financial Services experience
• Advanced decision making
