We are advising a leading Global firm on the strategic build out of their Financial Services Regulatory Team in London. They are active in their search for an enthusiastic Associate  to join their high profile, L500 Ranked department.

Their reputation proceeds them as an industry heavyweight, cementing themselves as the go to firm for some of the largest Institutions, Corporations and Banks.

The Role

This is a growth role, at Associate level, in a Global Top 20 UK Ranked firm

Focusing on non-contentious elements, you will autonomously (or with support) advise a variety of Banks, Investment Firms and wider Institutions.

Depending on your experience and level, you will provide UK/ EU guidance across FS & Regulatory Law including:

  • CRR/CRD, MiFID II, SMCR, MAR, EMIR, PSD2 and AIFMD.
  • Regulatory work in relation to wider Projects
  • There is also the opportunity to gain Contentious experience, should you wish.

You Will Be:

  • FS Regulatory Associate with 1 – 4 PQE
  • (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
  • Confident across large, complex and UK/ EU matters
  • Proven experience from a Global, US, Top 50 UK Practice
  • Keen to progress with a leading Global practice
