Position Overview: We are currently seeking a diligent Administrator to join the Financial Planning Team at our client's office in Bury. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administration and compliance support to Clients, Advisers, Managers, and Directors, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute administrative duties to the highest standard, adhering to firm procedures, service standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Input accurate and current information into internal/external software platforms and provider websites.
  • Effectively manage your workload, seeking guidance from supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain professional communication with team members, clients, and providers via various channels, including in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Accompany Advisers/Directors to client meetings to foster strong client relationships.
  • Actively contribute to departmental meetings and suggest enhancements to current processes.
  • Travel to other office locations as needed and engage in occasional ad-hoc assignments.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in an administrative or support role within the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience with Intelliflo is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, emphasizing superior client service delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
