Cathedral Appointments is delighted to work with one of the UK’s leading providers of wealth management services who pride themselves on building trusting relationships with all their clients as they are at the heart of everything they do.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team based in Truro on a full-time permanent basis. The working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch, 35 hour working week.

As the Financial Services Administrator, you will support the Investment Managers who manage investment portfolios for individuals, families, trusts, charities, and pension funds to protect and grow their wealth.

Financial Services Administrator responsibilities include: -

  • Communicating with Clients, Financial Advisers, and other professional contacts - dealing with queries and requests for information
  • Preparation and processing of all new and existing client documentation
  • Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on the systems
  • General record-keeping and electronic filing
  • Front of house: answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Assist with setting up and running marketing events as and when required

Financial Services Administrator requirements include: -

  • Proven experience in the financial services sector (preferable)
  • Strong administration experience
  • Managing a busy and varied workload
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy throughout your work
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across different office locations
