We are seeking a Financial Reporting Business Partner to join an established consumer goods business, based in Chichester. The role is offered on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 3 months!
This is a brilliant opportunity to get commercial accounting exposure in a thriving sector while benefitting from hybrid and flexible working.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
  • Producing management information packs and presenting to the senior management team
  • Profit and loss, cost of sales, overheads and gross profit recording
  • Business partnering with the head of procurement and manufacturing, and other key internal stakeholders
  • Dealing with price purchase variances, including raw materials, analysis of labour and waste
  • Data analysis, understanding trends and anomalies

What you will need:
  • To be available at short notice
  • To be fully qualified at either CIMA / ACCA / ACA level 
  • Experience in a similar role, such as Financial Reporting Business Partner / Finance Business Partner / Financial Analyst / FP&A / Commercial Accountant / Finance Manager
  • A good working knowledge of Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot tables
  • To be a confident communicator, able to communicate financial data to non-finance stakeholders
  • An analytical, commercial and data-driven mindset
