This pre-eminent London practice are seeking for a Solicitor for their expanding residential property team.

The award-winning residential property team is now seeking to expand its offering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of interesting and sometimes complex, large-scale matters.

This position is well suited to an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor who has experience dealing with high-value properties, and is looking to thrive within an enthusiastic team.

The ideal candidate should be 1-5 PQE qualifying in England or Wales with experience in complex leaseholds, new-builds, remortgages and transfers of equity.

You also must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
