We are looking for an experience IFA administrator to assist the team of Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering an outstanding holistic financial planning service to new and existing HNW clients

The firm has won a number of awards in relation to culture and growth as well as achieving Chartered status with the CII.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Benefits and hybrid working 2 days a week in the office. 

You will be conducting the following duties in the role: 

Completing client based Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Processing client risk questionnaires.

Filing the teams post and client related documents to the virtual filing cabinet.

Handling all mass mail outs to clients on behalf of the team.

Liaising with clients and providers for relevant paperwork and information.

Assisting with the preparation of meeting packs for client meetings and Annual Suitability Reviews.

Producing accurate client portfolio valuations and statements, predominantly using Excel.

On occasion, sitting in on client meetings and taking notes.

Using appropriate systems and processes to submit new business to providers.

To be considered:

Experience dealing with IFA related admin ideally within a financial services / IFA setting.

Demonstrable experience of delivering client service at the highest level.

Sufficient understanding of the needs of Financial Services teams, FCA rules and compliances in order to effectively carry out the role.

Basic technical knowledge covering pensions and investments, ISAs, bonds, trusts and protection will be an advantage, but is not essential.
