The Financial planning analyst plays a key part in aiding the delivery of settle's growth strategy as well as playing a vital role in owning and maintaining settle's business plan, supporting the review and approval process for new development, regeneration and sales and assisting with analysis on strategic finance projects.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Maintain a fully stress tested Business Plan that reflects Corporate Strategy and is compliant with external (E.g. Regulatory, lender covenants) and internal measures of financial health
  • Own the cyclical production of settle's Business Plan and associated stress testing and recovery planning
  • Partner with the Development Team to ensure investments are appraised, deliver the required financial returns and are managed within the overall Business Plan capacity
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships; understand business wide financial needs; identify competing demands for finite financial resources; bring analytical perspectives to help senior management evaluate trade-offs and consider financial options enabling settle to achieve the best overall outcome
  • Support the production of all regulatory and lender returns, ensuring complete accuracy
  • Prepare analysis for board and other committee meetings

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Detailed understanding of business planning
  • Previous experience of working in a corporate finance environment
  • Ability to align financial data to trends in operation and strategic performance
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages to include excel, word, outlook
  • Good working knowledge of BRIXX
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-finance colleagues
