We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and immediately available Finance Planning Analyst to join our team in Medway. This is a business-critical need, and we are offering a competitive daily rate of up to £450, commensurate with your experience and expertise.

• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Analyse financial performance and forecast longer-term horizons.
• Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
• Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

• Proven experience as a Finance Planning Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Proficient user of finance software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
