Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - ECommerce

Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a global brand on their hire for an FP&A Manager (E-Commerce & Marketing channels) to join their team. This role will report to the Head of FP&A with line management of one direct report and be part of a large wider finance team.

This an exciting opportunity to work for a brand and business who have experienced fantastic growth with net sales increasing by + 20% YoY and be part of a global listed business with overall brand sales seeing $4bn +.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A team to execute the plan and subsequent forecast updates
• Challenge and critique stakeholder plans/forecasts by use of commercial awareness and historic data/trends
• Business partner with e-commerce and marketing teams including working with VP-level stakeholders
• Provision of management information to enable Management to make informed decisions and drive their business forward
• Review monthly and quarterly results
• Report on business performance through brand reporting packs
• Lead presentations throughout the business
• Manage and mentor junior team members

Key Requirements:

• An extensive and proven track record of FP&A and commercial finance experience within a leadership role
• Experience with e-commerce channels is essential
• Experience working with global/multi-currency organisations will be highly advantageous
• Exceptional business partnering and communication skills
• Extensive use of Excel/reporting tools (e.g SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
