This Financial Planning Administrator job is well suited to career minded individuals with ambitions to become a Paraplanner and then a Financial Adviser

You will be supporting a busy Financial Adviser with ambitions to increase his funds under management by £5m every 6 months. The plan is for you to initially join as a Financial Planning Administrator and grow in confidence, skills and knowledge and transition to become his Paraplanner over 12 months.

From there, you will continue to expand your knowledge and be more hands-on with his clients to give you opportunity to learn how to be a Financial Adviser. 12 months after becoming a Paraplanner, you should then be ready to start providing financial advice to his clients and referrals.

We are seeking an individual who throughout this journey, is proactive in utilising all available opportunities to learn. In addition, you should remain alert to potential business opportunities to generate new clients and relationships to benefit the overall team.

Financial Planning Administrator Requirements

  • You should be a current Financial Planning Administrator with 2+ years’ experience
  • Individuals already started working towards their Diploma in Financial Planning would be preferred
  • You should be proactive, eager to learn and a team player

Financial Planning Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of circa £30,000 dependent upon experience
  • Plus bonuses based on the team achieving agreed milestones
  • Hybrid working, with initially 4 days office based, reducing to 3 days office based after 6 months
  • Dynamic environment with great team working ethic
