Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

With over 1 billion Assets Under Management this company is really taking a positive step within wealth management and is an excellent time for someone looking to join an expanding business.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Administrator to join their growing team in Stoke-on-Trent and to provide excellent back office support to their team of experienced advisers.

Development is very important to them so they are able to offer full exam support as well as other benefits such as additional bonus’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business
  • Issuing and chasing Letters of Authority
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Updating back office systems with relevant client information
  • Calling and chasing third party providers
  • Creating client meeting packs

The Required Skills:

  • Willingness to develop knowledge of the industry
  • Organised and hard working
  • Previous experience working within Financial Services (Financial Planning experience desirable)
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and other back office systems
