Job Description:

We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join a leading financial planning team as Associate Financial Planners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management to service existing clients and engage with new business opportunities. Adaptability and a proactive approach are essential attributes for success in our entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Holds a Level 4 diploma qualification
  • Ideally, holds or is close to achieving chartered status

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and meet performance targets
  • Foster internal partnerships to support the organization's strategic objectives
  • Contribute to enhancing the firm's profile within professional networks and wider communities
  • Provide personalized financial advice tailored to individual client needs
  • Participate in investment decision-making processes
