Financial Model Builder

Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Senior Financial Modeller for a flexible financial services organisation based in Cardiff.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support the development of robust financial models and supporting analysis that help the organisation action it's strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with key business stakeholders to improve the level of accuracy and confidence in key business decisions, while maintaining clear and transparent governance documentation.

The successful candidate will also undertake model performance measuring, back-testing models, assessing validity of key assumptions, and liaising with our internal second line to risk team to action improvements.

The role is pivotal in linking product pricing, customer behaviour and forecasting to the corporate planning process to ensure integration and utilisation of existing and developing systems, as well as improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the non-IRB model suite and planning process.

Salary to £50,000 plus extremely flexible working (two days a month on the office) the option of compressed four day working week and an excellent benefits package
