Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development of a sustainable network.
• Work with the Senior Finance Manager systems, ledger of accounts, and expensing procedures.
• Assist with the development of a handbook or toolkit for partner organizations in financial management.
• Support training for partner organizations on best operating practices (BOPs) in financial management, controls, and budgeting.
• Assist with financial reviews of partner organizations to ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards.
• Provide financial management for the overall project, including budget tracking, financial reporting and cash management.
• Assist Finance Manager in other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in international development with a focus on financial management, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with financial management.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
