Financial Crime Analyst
Lorien are currently working with a public sector organisation who are currently looking for a Financial Crime Analyst to support the current Financial Crime Manager in the design and completion of the Financial Crime oversight plan.
You will support Change initiatives, subject matter expertise input as required and support Financial Crime Training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
A critical part of the role is to ensure the outsourced partners that the organisation work with are adhering to financial crime legislation, regulations and internal policies. This is critical to the safeguarding of current customers, the reputation of the organisation and operates compliantly. Additionally providing advisory support to other teams across the organisation and the outsourced provider with BAU activity and across the change programme.
Skills:
- Financial Crime Risk Management Experience in a regulated financial services environment
- Knowledge of UK's Financial Crime regulatory regime
- Problem solving and analytic skills
- Experience of performing first line oversight and monitoring
Salary is paying up to £37,000 with 27% pension, discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave plus further benefits
