Financial Controller

Orka Financial is currently working with a business based in Newbury that is looking to hire a Financial Controller on a fixed term contract for a period of up to one year.

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for management a team of four. You role will include month end reporting, variance analysis, balance sheet reviews, management of internal and external audits, monitoring cashflow, quarterly forecasting and other adhoc duties as required.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be available on no more than two week's notice, with strong reporting and analytical skills. Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion would be a bonus and excel skills to an intermediate level (Pivot Tables and VLook Ups) are a minimum. You will also need to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

Our client have on site parking, but are also close to good public transport links. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be in the office for three days per week.
