Financial Controller, London (Hybrid working), 3-6 months
£375- £425p/day, via Umbrella

Our client, an expanding fin-tech business are looking for an interim Financial Controller, who can join the business and ultimately hit the ground running with helping to run the finance function.

Key Duties:-
* Preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary for the Board Pack.
* Multi-currency cash management, forecasting and reporting covering client, FX and business accounts across the group.
* Improve and document the control environment in conjunction with the upgrade to Sage 300.
* Ownership of balance sheet reconciliation process including setting up monthly review meetings with management.
* Management of annual audit process for all group companies.
* Oversight of the group VAT registration process including partial exemption application and prior year claims.
* Responsibility for completing regulatory and statistical returns to given deadlines.
* Coach and develop 2 direct reports.

The successful candidate will be immediately available/ on short notice and fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have demonstrable experience in line with the above.
