Financial Controller
Location: Medway, Kent
Salary Range: £65,000 - £70,000 per year
Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Undertake all aspects of financial management, including management accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget preparation, and forecasting.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaison with External Accountants: Collaborate with external accountants on financial reporting and regulatory matters.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning and financial modelling.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare and present financial statements.
  • Acquisitions Support: Provide advice on strategic acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Qualification: Candidates must be qualified (e.g., ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar financial management role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyse financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.


Benefits:
