I am excited to be working with a client to help them recruit a Financial Controller to join their rapidly expanding business in this newly created position as they continue to grow they need a finance leader to take the reins of the finance depart and support the Fnance Director is pushing the finance strategy across this business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance internal controls, driving continuous improvement across the finance function.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
