A dynamic financial controller is sought to join this ambitious fast growing real estate /construction company located in Stockport Manchester.

It is due to expansion that an exciting opportunity for a financial controller to support the business with its next phase of growth as arisen. On growth trajectory the business needs an experienced financial controller to work closely with the MD in taking the business forward.

This role would suit an individual keen to really make this their own.

Duties include:

• Forecasting and budgets
• Management Accounts - including sector/project analysis
• Debt Chasing
• Cashflow Management
• Staff Management/Mentoring
• Reporting to Senior Management
• Payroll/Pension Processing
• CVR Analysis/ Project Profitability Analysis
• Variance Analysis
• VAT/CIS Returns - for several companies
• Intercompany Reconciliations

YOU:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or finalist
• Problem solving and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to manage and develop a small team of finance professionals
• Strong finance acumen
• Experience working in a fast moving environment
