This Financial Controller opportunity is to spearhead a small finance team in a SME with ambitious growth plans, you'll be the number one in finance for your business unit reporting to the site MD & Group FD offering you the chance to really take the reigns here.

An ideal move if you are a qualified accountant who is looking for this kind of platform to kick on further, you'll be holding the business review meetings with the SLT so would make a great role if you enjoy reviewing & analysing the operations and commercial performance of a business. With strong forecasted organic growth its likely this role will grow into something much more strategic and senior, as a group they have completed a number of recent acquisitons making this a role you could seriously carve a career out of.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of financial reporting, ensuring timeliness in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison for group-level financial reporting, business partnering closely with key stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis.
- Lead and inspire your team, including finance Manager and AP & AR, guiding them toward exceptional performance and continuous improvement.
