Financial Controller

Radley Green has exclusively partnered with a market leading company within it's industry. The business is seeking to hire a financial controller into it's team to work in conjunction with the FD. The role will be office based in North London and bring with it lots of growth opportunities.

Main Duties

• Ownership of the financial reporting and performance process for multiple entities.
• Line management of a small team, driving the individual performance of each member.
• Enhancement and development of processes and systems.
• Presenting financial performance updates to senior stakeholders within the business.
• Assist with the cashflow process providing any relevant information needed.
• Management of all internal controls.
• Act as a key point of contact during the audit process.
• Manage the year-end financial statements preparation.
• Work closely with the founders & FD on the continuous process improvement of the finance function.

Key Requirements

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with multiple years experience.
• Experience using Sage is essential with a working knowledge of Xero.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Experience at managing a small team.
