We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a market leading business based in Sudbury.

The role will report directly to the Finance Director and will work with commerciality across the wider business.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and coaching the finance team
  • Preparing and reviewing business intelligence reports, to include monthly management information, forecasts, budgets, pricing and KPI’s
  • Ensuring full compliance with management and statutory reporting requirements and deadlines, and accounting policies
  • Organise and manage the year-end audit
  • Identify and drive process improvement and efficiencies

Key skills:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience with relevant manufacturing experience
  • Advanced excel and systems experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Professional, with excellent leadership and organisational skills
