Financial Controller

Robert Half are currently working with an Investment Bank in London helping them source a Financial Controller for a 3 month role - this is the initial period there is potential for this to be extended or be a permanent role.

To be considered for this Financial Controller position, candidates must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 10+ years PQE experience within the Financial Services sector.

They work on a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office.

The role:

This is a hands on Financial Controller role

Some of your main duties will include:

• Month end reporting
• Overseeing AP/AR - invoicing and revenue
• VAT/Tax reporting
• Preparation of financial statements
• Reporting - FPA, OPCO
• Daily reg and control reports
• Audits

Candidate profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) -10 years post qualified experience
• Financial Services experience is essential
• Extensive controls experience
• Self starter
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical accounting and financial skills

Rate: £500-£550 via umbrella

Location: Central London head office, Financial Controller - hybrid working
