Permanent Financial Controller role with the following summarised responsibilities:
- Monthly management accounts and schedules
- Personnel management
- Business partnering
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Core Group financial operations
- Cashbook management
- Overview of tax
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will need to be fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a proven experience within a busy finance department and exposure to both commercial and charity/n4p accounting.
As well as having responsibility for the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting for the business and its subsidiaries, the successful candidate will be looking after the transactional finance performance and, in general, be the primary point of contact for all finance queries for the wider business.
What you'll get in return
The postholder will be paid an annual salary of up to £60,000pa along with an extensive benefit package including pension, an initial 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to a maximum of 27 days with tenure. Extra days are available for birthdays and also during the Christmas/New Year period. Life Insurance and Income Protection are provided and, upon clearing probation, further Medical and Annual Leave enhancements become available.
