Adele Carr is partnering with a successful, market leading manufacturer with regards to an exciting Financial Controller opportunity.

The business is profitable year on year and has grown organically and via acquisition historically.

The opening has a path to FD.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of a small, established finance team
  • Production of monthly management accounts with full commentary and analysis
  • Working with the FD to prepare the annual budget
  • Attendance of senior meetings
  • Reporting and commercial analysis
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Overseeing all transaction processing
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Support strategic planning
  • Ad hoc project work when required

The Person

  • Fully Qualified Accountant/Finalist
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Self-starter
  • Positive approach
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong IT skills
