Your new company
I am currently working with a high-end retailer based in North London, hiring a senior finance professional to join the team as a full-time Sole-Charge Accountant. Due to business growth, my client is seeking an ACA / CIMA / ACCA candidate looking to step into a hands-on all round finance position. The business currently operates at circa £12 million turnover and is going through an exciting period of growth. This role reports into the Director of the brand and works alongside 9 others who sit outside of finance. The business has recently moved to new offices and offer a collaborative, fast-paced and fun place to work.

Your new role
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for

• Day to day financemanagement
• Preparation of management accounts
• Implementation of internal controls
• Business Partnering with sales and key finance stakeholders
• Financial analysis
• Providing financial input to the leadership team
• Process automation
• Add value

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA / CIMA /ACCA qualified
• Midtier ACA / ACCA with audit and accounts preparation OR from outsourcing
• I will also consider industry-trained candidates looking for their next step up.
• Can think 'outside the box' to propose innovative solutions to problems
• Ability to work autonomously
