Are you an experienced Financial Controller seeking a fresh opportunity? Our client, situated in northern Hampshire, is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Controller within their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large multisite organisation in an interesting and varied role.

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller include:
  • Lead and mentor a large finance team.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial control and management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective control measures.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of the annual external audit.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the development of finance systems and processes.

The successful Financial Controller will require:
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a team leadership role.
  • Possess strong technical skills with good knowledge of financial controls and processes.
  • Experienced of ERP systems.
