Financial Controller – 15 month FTC

You will be reporting directly to the CFO and taking responsibility for the management of day to day finance across the organisation, business partnering key stakeholders and improving process and controls across the finance function.

Key responsibilities to include:

  • Full ownership of all accounting operations and day to day management of the finance function
  • Supporting the CFO & Founders in building out a highly skilled team
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
  • Business partnering with founders and investors on all commercial decisions
  • Coordination of month end and year end close processes
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of financial controls and processes
  • Support on any ad-hoc projects
  • Supervising junior team members

Profile:

  • Qualified accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience of working within a high growth tech business
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analysis skills
  • Experience using BI tools is preferred
  • Happy rolling sleeves up and getting stuck in
