Financial Controller/FD Designate

Thriving SME in a niche market are looking to appoint their first Head of Finance. This is an exciting time to join - they have a great business pipeline and have just secured new premises in the West Lancashire area which will see them into their next growth phase. It also offers a great platform to step up to Finance Director in the medium term.

They're looking for someone who will work closely with the Managing Director to shape the finance function fit for future growth and the opportunity to build your own team. Additionally, they're looking for someone who will be keen to add value to the business on a commercial level, developing management reporting to inform decision making and assessing new potential growth areas and/or potential acquisition targets.
