Remote home based Diploma level 4 qualified and experienced financial adviser required.

We are a highly respected and well-established wealth management organisation looking for a bright and articulate individual to join our servicing team, where you will be servicing an existing portfolio of clients for all their personal financial planning requirements.

There is no requirement to bring your own business or to generate leads.

This might be a home based role; however, we are a very friendly team and will do everything we can to ensure you are part of our team! You can come and see us in Devon once a month and we can have a catch up.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established, experienced, and friendly team. Croft IFA is directly regulated with the FCA and highly respected in the local area. The client portfolio regularly generates an
income to ensure that you will receive a good remuneration, made up of a basic salary, plus quarterly bonus payment.

The role
- Liaising with clients over the phone, by Zoom and by written correspondence.
- Contacting existing clients in accordance with agreed level of services offered.
- Making sure client information is obtained accurately before any recommendations are made.
- Ensuring the portfolio is managed in accordance with the clients mandate, objectives, and firm's investment proposition.
- Providing regulated advice across a broad product range including investments and pensions
- Undertaking appropriate product and market research
- Making sure all supporting documents are maintained.
- Dealing with client queries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that you can identify clients who are vulnerable or are in
potentially vulnerable circumstances, to treat them fairly and provide appropriate advice.
- Responding to all compliance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensuring relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately.
- Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory, product, legislative and technical requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with the FCAs conduct rules.
- Making sure Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) is held at all times
- Liaising with admin support, Paraplanners and other team members.
- Ensuring client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.
- Upholding the values and ethics of the organisation.

Essential skills

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

- Proven background within an IFA/Wealth management organisation dealing with client financial planning needs.
- Level 4 Diploma.
- Excellent knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation that affects the financial services industry.
- Ability to compile reports.
- Great communication skills both written and oral.
- Great IT skills.
- Sound knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance.
- Personable, professional and a strong team player
