Financial Administrator - Wealth Management Firm - Wokingham - Basic salary £30k - £40k with bonuses and full study support

My client is a boutique Independent Financial Advice firm with a presence across the Thames Valley who I have met and placed 7 members of staff with. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to families, City professionals, accumulators, retirees and SME owners across the M4 Corridor and the Thames Valley.

The Advisers are generating lots of new business via their unique Lead generation system and lots of introducers are passing on new business to them. The business has no aspirations to be acquired by a large IFA firm or sell the business. The Directors are not due to retire for another 20 years. They plan to grow the business from c.20 to 50 staff over the next 5 years organically and gain Chartered status. Servicing their clients with genuinely personable financial planning services is key to their success.

As a result of this 2 brand-new roles within the business for being created for established Financial Administrators. The role will be supporting 3 established Advisers working with HNW cases. You will ideally have knowledge of Intelligent Office and preferably a number of platforms. If you have used either of the below then this is advantageous (Transact/Royal London/Aviva/AJ Bell). The Directors can offer a very secure and rewarding role, with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure including pensions, death in service and very substantial earning potential. My client are looking to offer between £30k - £40k basic salary.
