Are you an experienced Financial Administrator looking for an opportunity to join a successful and expanding wealth management firm? Our client, an independent financial advice business with a strong reputation for providing high-quality advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages, and Protections, is seeking a talented Financial Administrator to join their team in Liverpool.

With a client base that includes over 200 retirees, City professionals, families, and professional athletes, this firm manages a wide range of assets, from £100k to several million. The business has ambitious plans for organic growth, offering a great opportunity for career advancement. As they don't plan to be acquired by a larger entity, they are able to select the clients they work with, focusing on those with a minimum of £500k to invest.

The role involves supporting three experienced Financial Advisers, with responsibilities ranging from managing client onboarding to handling day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Intelligent Office and experience with platforms like Aviva, Royal London, and Prudential. Experience with FE Analytics and Cashcal is also desirable, though not essential, as full training will be provided.

The role is office-based three days a week with the opportunity to work from home two days a week once established. A competitive salary of £30k - £35k is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including study support for professional qualifications.
