My client are an award winning business based in Guildford, I have placed 1 member of staff within the business. They are closely aligned to an accountancy practice and offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections. Their clients are a mix of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families with very substantial assets to be managed. The highest net worth cases have over £1m to invest. As they are closely linked to an accountancy practice they got lots of new business referred to them via this avenue.

A brand-new role within the business for a Financial Administrator who has experience using Intelligent Office, the CRM system. You will be working in a small team of 3 administrators supporting a team of Financial Advisers doing end to end financial administration. You will be conducting end to end financial administration services, booking in client meetings on behalf of the advisers, preparing all meeting packs, administering all transfers of money from client accounts onto relevant platforms and processes trades. You will be processing all new business and also prepping for annual reviews of existing clients.

A basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 is on offer with full study support. This is an office based role but some working from home may be permissible after your probation. There is a route to being a Paraplanner but you will need to stay in the administrative role for at least 2 years.
