My client is an independent wealth planning firm in Watford, providing whole-of-market financial advice to a diverse clientele with several regional offices in the U.K. Managing over £200m of clients' assets, they specialise in pensions, investments, tax planning, cash flow modelling, retirement planning, and personal and business protections, including esoteric schemes like VTC & EIS schemes. With a strong emphasis on intergenerational wealth planning, we work closely with families to preserve their financial legacies. Committed to community engagement, we actively participate in local events and support the wider community.

Due to organic growth, the Managing Director is creating a new role for a Financial Administrator/Junior Paraplanner to join their Watford office, supporting two Chartered Financial Advisers. In this role, you'll attend meetings with the Advisers and serve as their primary resource for report writing. We are seeking a Career Financial Administrator/Junior Paraplanner, or a candidate with a long-term focus on this role, ideally diploma qualified and experienced in research, analysis, and report writing. Cultural fit is paramount, so a positive attitude and a dedication to learning and contributing to our growth are essential.

Full study support package towards Chartered status available, Benefits include pension, death in service cover and income protection.
