Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Financial Accounts and Treasury Manager on behalf of their client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Management responsibilities:

1.1. Manage and motivate the financial accounts and treasury management functions to create, develop and maintain a customer service mindset.

1.2. Line management responsibility for two Financial Accountants.

1.3. Indirect line management responsibility for the Assistant Financial Accountant, Finance Officer (Cash & Treasury) and Finance Officer (Financial Accounting).

1.4. A member of the finance department senior management team.

2. Development Responsibilities:

2.1. Takes a proactive role in the development and maintenance of financial procedures and controls across all entities.

2.2. Takes a proactive role in the development and maintenance of year end analysis and reports in accordance with statutory accounting guidelines

2.3. Contributes to the continued improvement of finance business processes across the Group.

2.4. Takes a proactive role in the development and delivery of financial training courses for Group staff and other stakeholders.

2.5. Takes a proactive role in the development and maintenance of all financial reporting. 2.6. Takes a proactive role in the development and maintenance of effective finance systems and processes ensuring the Group control framework remains fit for purpose.
