Due to their continued success and growth, they are keen to recruit a confident and experienced Financial Accounting Manager looking to join an established and collaborative team in a diverse role, offering an excellent opportunity for greater professional development and reward.

The Role
This role will report into the CFO and manage a small and highly professional finance team. You will be experienced in all areas of finance with responsibility across the breadth of both financial and management accounting. Directly involved in the maintenance of the general ledger and budgetary control system, and ensuring compliance with all finance policies and procedures, duties will include; taking responsibility for the management reporting, balance sheet and transactional ledgers, audit support, and payroll. The company is at an exciting stage of growth hence the creation of this new role.

The Person
As a qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or qualified by experienced accountant, you will possess a strong and complete financial skill-set, with significant and relevant experience in a management capacity. Proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role, you will have focused planning and organisational skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff. With excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others and manage multiple stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established company who can provide a supportive environment for an outstanding focused individual to develop into a complex, senior role.
