Financial Accountant

With a hybrid/remote first set up, you will be part of a successful, high performing global finance team.

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for the financial and management accounting for both UK and overseas entities

Financial Accountant – The Role

• Year-end statutory accounts prep and liaising with auditors for UK Group consolidation entity and a UK trading entity
• Preparation of audit schedules to include IFRS 15 and 16
• Responsible for overseas audits in APAC and EMEA
• Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts pack
• Developing and maintaining business processes, including streamlining of internal processes to ensure a high quality of functions, continuous improvement, best practice and efficiencies within the transactional processing workstreams
• Leading and upskilling an overseas finance team
• Assisting the Group FC with regulatory and statutory reporting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Providing insightful analysis

Financial Accountant – Person Requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong technical accounting knowledge including IFRS
• Excellent Excel skills

Financial Accountant – The Package

• Up to £70,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working – circa 1 day per week in the office
