Job Duties:
  • Lead and drive finance transformation initiatives within the organisation
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of finance projects
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial systems and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in finance transformation or financial management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance transformation or financial management

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with D365 Implementation or similar ERP systems
  • Project management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP)
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role with occasional travel required
  • Standard working hours with flexibility as needed
  • Fast-paced and dynamic environment
